Every order is fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in the Philippines. Here is what to expect, and what to know before you order.

Weather, courier delays and high order volumes may affect delivery times.
Same-day pickup
Same-day pickup via Grab or Lalamove is available for orders booked between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
You are responsible for booking the delivery service. The pickup location is shared once your payment has been received.
International shipping
We ship internationally through DHL and FedEx. Get in touch for help with your destination and delivery arrangements.

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind or preference. Please review the product details, size chart and your order carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted subject to product availability. You cover all shipping costs related to an exchange. Contact the studio to discuss your item and whether a replacement is available.
